Technical Artist

Technical Artists are the glue between art and code. In Godot, they write shaders, optimize 2D/3D assets, and script visual effects. They help artists export compatible assets and troubleshoot visual issues like z-fighting, lighting problems, or shader errors.

They often work with AnimationPlayer, shaders (Godot shading language), and visual effect systems. Skills in asset compression, LOD (level of detail), and performance profiling are highly useful.
